Measure the size of your wrist :

Put your harm on a flat surface, place one end of a tape-measure on the wrist of your harm extended at the base of your hand. Wrap the tape-measure around your wrist while holding the tip in place. Do not over tighten the tape-measure. Take the measures where the tape-measure meets the end.
